Pelatihan kewirausahaan islam di SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Yogyakarta

Abstract


The era of globalization supported by rapid advances in science and technology is an urgency for the younger generation to be able to compete and create new opportunities. Forming and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in students is a way out to foster the character of the younger generation to be creative and innovative.  This kind of character takes time to emerge and needs to be trained early on. Schools have an important role in improving the quality and character building of student entrepreneurship so that it becomes a provision after graduation. SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Yogyakarta is a junior high school that facilitates its students with extra classes in the form of cooking class so that this can be developed using Muslim entrepreneurship training. The purpose of this service is to increase students' knowledge about entrepreneurship, quality and form Muslim entrepreneurial character in Muhammadiyah 10 Yogyakarta Junior High School students. The methods used in this service are discussion and hands-on practice. The result of this service program is an increase in knowledge before and after training.
