Pelatihan active learning berbasis experiential learning sebagai upaya mewujudkan pembelajaran aktif di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract


Active learning training based on experiential learning models really needs to be pursued to realize active learning in elementary schools. The aim of this activity was the participant able to implement active learning in the classroom based on the key meaning found in accordance with self-creativity (active experimentation). This activity was started by training and then was continued with assistence. Based on the analysis of the results of the training effectiveness test by calculating the pre-test and post-test scores, it can be concluded that the active learning training based on experiential learning models is effective to improve active learning in elementary schools. In the evaluation and follow-up stages, the facilitator provides assistance for educators to implement active learning in the classroom. The effect of the mentoring are known that the teacher is able to implement a fun active leraning model and trigger active participation of students.
