Pelatihan guru tentang program adiwiyata di SMP X Kota Yogyakarta
Abstract
Background: The majority of schools in the city of Yogyakarta have not had good maintenance so that the condition of toilets, waste management, and washing hands does not meet health standards for students. SMP X is preparing to take part in the Adiwiyata Program in 2019, while the application of basic sanitation in SMP X is also still minimal so there is a need for supporting activities to encourage the realization of good sanitation as an assessment in the Adiwiyata Program. This is the responsibility of all including the Master. Objective: This activity is carried out to improve the understanding of teachers in SMP X about the Adiwiyata Program. Method: using participatory methods. Results: The understanding of teachers after the training was better was shown by their enthusiasm to explore information and also knowledge about the Adiwiyata Program during the activity. Impact of community service: Teachers in schools are increasingly understanding how the implementation and implementation of the adiwiyata program in SMP X. So far some of the teachers have apparently applied what is an aspect of assessment in the Adiwiyata Program.
