Penerapan Manajemen 5R di Usaha Jahit Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract


The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has an impact on the economic aspects of the community. The use of masks in activities at work and in the community is a health protocol that must be carried out. Mask production is a business that can maintain stability or improve the economy for sewing businesses. The application of 5R management in this service aims to improve the production process more efficiently for the Maju Bersama (Maber) sewing business group, Jepara Regency, Central Java Province. Activities are carried out offline and online by implementing health protocols with a total of 10 business group participants. The results of this service can be seen from the increase in the production process where the level of time efficiency and the use of production materials is high.
