Pendampingan Pengembangan Karya Inovasi pada Guru Sekolah Dasar
Abstract
The demands of the teaching profession through innovative works that are implemented in the learning process creatively. The fact that teachers during the covid-19 pandemic in the learning process only give assignments to students. Elementary school teachers have difficulty in the learning process and are less interactive. The purpose of the service is to assist in developing innovative work for elementary school teachers—the design of activities using the Forum Group Discussion method, providing information, and mentoring. The target is elementary school teachers in Kulonprogo. The instrument for assessing mentoring results for the development of innovative work for elementary school teachers is through a questionnaire—data analysis through standard deviation to measure teachers' ability. The results of the identification that 41.10% of teachers may have innovation work, 25.77% of teachers feel they do not have innovation work, and only 33.13% of teachers have innovation work. Before the mentoring most teachers, with 47.85%, probably understood self-competence with the preparation of innovation works, 23.31% did not understand, and 28.83% understood. The result of mentoring the development of innovative jobs for elementary school teachers is an increase in the ability of teachers to develop creative works. The result is that 69.84% of teachers can compose innovation works, and 28.57% of teachers may have compiled innovation works and need intensive assistance. Only 1.59% are not able to collect innovation works. Mentoring innovative work requires intensive training for teachers to produce original work for the nation's children.
