Peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam meningkatkan kesuksesan belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Depok Sleman Yogyakarta

Abstract


The goal of this study was to ascertain how much guidance and counseling teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Depok Sleman in Yogyakarta contribute to their students' increased academic achievement. In order to characterize the behavior of the subject under study, this research use a descriptive, qualitative, and comprehensive technique to collect descriptive data. As a result, the project's main research instrument is the investigators' engagement in the study. The research's principal data were obtained through participant observation and interviewing study participants. Moreover, there is a master's program in guiding and counseling with a secondary data documentation emphasis. The techniques of data gathering employed in this particular research endeavor were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis for this particular study topic was carried out using qualitative methods. The models of the guiding and counseling program at SMA Negeri 1 Depok were effective, according to the findings. A program of traditional guidance, counseling and personal counseling, tutoring and social counseling, guidance and counseling to learn, and guidance and career counseling is then used to draw conclusions from the data regarding the involvement or role of teachers in enhancing student success in school.
