Penggunaan konseling seni kreatif: Visual art dalam mereduksi stres akademik peserta didik

Abstract


Stres akademik merupakan kondisi peserta didik yang disebabkan adanya tekanan baik dari internal maupun eksternal yang dapat mengakibatkan penurunan performa akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review peneliti mengumpulkan sebanyak lima buah artikel penelitian. Satu buah artikel penelitian mengenai stres akademik dan empat buah artikel mengenai pengaruh penggunaan art therapy dalam mereduksi stres. Hasil menunjukan bahwa penggunaan seni efektif dalam dalam mereduksi stres pada peserta didik.
