Abstract


PT Pelindo is a company engaged in the field of port services operating in Indonesia Bengkulu. The company strives to provide the best service to customers so that it requires employees who have cooperative behavior, work together, and participate for the progress of the company. The behavior mentioned above describes several behavioral characteristics called organizational citizenship behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in employees of PT. Pelindo Regional 2 Bengkulu. This study uses a quantitative research method, by distributing job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior questionnaires. This study used 65 employees as respondents. The results of the analysis using the product moment method found that there was a very significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in employees of PT. Pelindo Regional 2 Bengkulu. This shows that the more positive job satisfaction, the higher the employee's Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and conversely, the more negative job satisfaction, the lower the employee's Organizational Citizenship Behavior
