Communication Patterns as early Childhood Learning Media in Omar and Hana animated films

Abstract


With the development of increasingly sophisticated technology at this time, YouTube media or sites have emerged as a means of delivering communication, entertainment or learning media. There are several animated films that can provide benefits and accompany children's growth and development such as presenting ways of learning to know numbers and letters, as well as recognizing various colors, helping to develop the creative mindset of children, helping development in processing words and teaching religious values and being realized to the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze how communication patterns can be used as early childhood learning media in Omar and Hana animated films. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how communication patterns as a medium for early childhood learning in Omar and Hana animated films. This research uses the content analysis method of Klaus Krippendorff theory with a descriptive quantitative approach. The result of this research is that there are two types of family communication patterns that appear, namely consensual communication patterns and pluralistic communication patterns. Of the five types that appear the most is the type of consensual communication pattern with a total percentage of 76.92%.
