MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR DENGAN PENDEKATAN COOPERATIVE LEARNING

shows that classically the fifth grade students have not achieved mastery learning. The purpose of this research is
to find out the magnitude of the increase in student learning outcomes in thematic learning through the application
of the NHT Type Cooperative Learning approach (Number Head Together) in fifth grade students at SDN
KARANGANYAR 3 and to find out how much the increase in student activity through the application of the NHT
Type Cooperative Learning approach ( Number Head Together) accompanied by pictures for the fifth grade
students of SDN KARANGANYAR 3. Based on these learning problems, the researchers tried to find a solution by
applying the PjBL learning model through the Cooperative Learning approach of the NHT type accompanied by
picture media. The methods and media that will be used by the teacher as a researcher are expected to improve
the student learning process and can meet the learning objectives that have been set. Using the PjBL learning
model through the Cooperative Learning Approach Type NHT (Number Head Together) will stimulate each
student to contribute ideas, opinions or inputs so that students will dig deeper into the material being discussed.
It is the same with the use of image media in learning. Through image media, students' attention will be focused
on one point, namely the image. Based on the results obtained from the implementation of the entire cycle, both
cycle 1, cycle 2 and cycles which are corrective actions for learning, it can be concluded that in general: 1. The
learning outcomes of fifth graders can be improved through the application of the NHT (Number Head Together)
Cooperative Learning Approach. 2. Student activity can be increased by using image media
