The presence of value-free mass media and social media is now slowly affecting the mental and mindset of the Indonesian people, both young people, and older adults. This certainly has a long-term effect that will endanger our national resilience in the future, either directly or indirectly. This symposium aims to bring together academic researchers in literature, culture, and communication studies to discuss the role of culture and literature in the mass media to realize the world peace. We invited students, academics, and practitioner-researchers to the Youth Communication Day (YCD).
