Makna Implikatur pada Poster Gejayan Memanggil 2019 di Media Massa Online serta Kaitannya dengan Bahan Ajar Teks Editorial SMA Kelas XIIP

Abstract

This research is motivated by the researcher's desire to find out the hidden meaning of an utterance in the form of a sentence. The meaning in a sentence can be recognized by paying attention to the context. Implicatures will make it easier for researchers to try out the meaning of sentences. This study discusses the meaning of implicatures in the Gejayan Memanggil Demonstration Poster 2019  in Online Media and its Relation to Editorial Text Teaching Materials. This study aims to: (1) describe the meaning of implicatures on the Gejayan Memanggil Poster in online media and (2) describe the conflict with teaching materials for writing editorial texts in grade XII Senior High School.

This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is the Gejayan Memanggil demonstration poster 2019 in online media, while the object of this research is the implicature used in the Gejayan Memanggil poster. The method of data collection is the method of observing and taking notes. The research instrument used is a human instrument with card data as a tool. The data analysis method is the matching method using the extralingual equivalent technique.

The results of this study are as follows. (1) The meaning of implicatures on the Gejayan Memanggil demonstration poster 2019 in online media includes satire implicatures, criticism, and invitations. The satire implicature consists of 17 data, the critical implicature consists of 6 data, and the invitation implicature consists of 4 data and (2) The meaning of the implicature on the Gejayan Memanggil demonstration poster 2019 in online media with teaching materials for writing editorial texts in grade XII Senior High School, especially on odd semester with Basic Competence 4.5 on selecting a variety of information as editorial text material.
