Pendampingan guru SD di Kecamatan Sanden dalam mengembangkan virtual project-based learning sebagai implementasi kurikulum merdeka

Abstract


Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permintaan mitra (Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) Kapanewon Sanden, Kabupaten Bantul, DIY) untuk mendampingi sekolah dasar di bawah naungan PCM Kapanewon Sanden agar menjadi sekolah dasar unggulan di daerahnya. salah satunya adalah SD Muhammadiyah Trisigan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan selama delapan kali pertemuan dengan mengangkat materi dan trainer yang berbeda di setiap pertemuannya. Sebanyak 3 mahasiswa terlibat sebaga co trainer yang bertugas mendampingi peserta selama pelatihan. Sebanyak 20-30 guru terlibat dalam pelatihan yang berlokasi di Gedung Dakwah Muhammadiyah Kecamatan Sanden. Berdasarkan pengukuran pengetahuan guru terhadap Implementasi kurikulum Merdeka, sebagian besar guru menganggap IKM urgent diterapkan di SD (59%), akan tetapi, urgensy ini belum diimbangi dengan kesiapan guru (43%), pengetahuan terhadap perangkat pembelajaran IKM (53%), pengetahuan tentang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi (53%), serta pengetahuan tentang pendekatan pembelajaran dalam IKM (52%). Pengukuran kepuasan peserta terhadap pelatihan dan pendampingan diukur dengan capaian satisfication (79,5%), ease for learning (75,9%), ease of use (76,88%), dan usefullness (81%). Virtual Project-based Learning dianggap mendukung Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah dasar. Tiindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini adalah implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang berbasis pada perangkat hasil pengembangan guru dengan menggunakan virtual Project-based Learning.
