Jatisarono Village, Kapanewon Nanggulan, Kulonprogo Regency, especially in Krinjing Lor, Grubug and Karang Hamlets, young men and women who are members of Karang Taruna are generally still unemployed, no one is interested in entrepreneurship. Housewives who are young and have the energy and free time are also not motivated to become entrepreneurs. The atmosphere of the Covid-19 pandemic from March 2020 to January 2021 resulted in decreased community productivity due to restrictions on community activities due to the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). The desire for entrepreneurship and economics is getting weaker and sluggish. The business of producing tempe, tofu, geblek, and wet noodles is constrained by marketing which really requires mobility to bring their products to be sold directly to traditional markets, resulting in a decline. The survey conducted at the location found the problems encountered, namely: 1). The productivity of youth and society is still low. 2). Marketing of products is still very traditional. 3). The understanding that consumers like production results still needs to be improved. 4). Production management, human resources and finance need to be given an understanding. 5). Marketing management especially e-marketing needs to be equipped. 6). Understanding of economic opportunities that can be achieved needs to be improved. Some of the weaknesses that have been disclosed, based on an agreement between Karang Taruna Youth, Dukuh, and Servants who are assisted by 3 Ahmad Dahlan University KKN students agree that empowerment is needed in the field of Human Resources (HR), namely: 1). Development of insight and motivation so that understanding of more productive entrepreneurship, finance, workforce, and marketing strategy increases. 2). Development of understanding and expertise in the field of e-marketing, use of internet/online/smartphone/gadget systems needs training. The outputs resulting from this service program are: a). Community productivity increases through understanding the importance of entrepreneurship, b). The enthusiasm to start entrepreneurship was raised, especially the youth of Karang Taruna. c). Published activity videos.
