Penyusunan program kerja untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan organisasi santri Darul Arqam Patean Kendal Jawa Tengah

Abstract


Pesantren as a boarding-based education system contains subsystems that synergize with each other to achieve common goals. The purpose of community service that has been done is to assist Pesantren in managing organizational performance of students organization in this regard is the Organisasi Santri Darul Arqam (OSDA) as the manager of the activities of students outside of school time, which is one pesantren subsystem. The method is carried out through the stages of observation, socialization, and training. The results show that the training program that has been carried out helps the management through clarity of vision and mission, work programs in the organizational structure, socialization of organizational culture, and human resource management. The impact of this activity is that the management of the organization has guidelines in the form of work programs in managing the organization which is the responsibility of the manager.
