Abstract


The attitude of nationalism among students today is classified as apprehensive, such as not being solicitous in attending the flag ceremony, not memorizing national songs, not memorizing Pancasila and so on Therefore it is necessary to make efforts to regrow nationalism and patriotism among students. In this case, the role of family, education and government is needed. This dedication is entitled "Rumah Kebangsaan" which aims to provide insight into knowledge and practice about the insight of the archipelago and inculcating character education for elementary school teachers, as well as cultivating national character as national identity through school habituation. The service method carried out is through counseling for teachers and students, as well as civilization through the habiatuasi movement of national character in schools. There are three stages in designing this service activity, namely the first stage of preparation, which includes licensing, coordination and socialization with SD Muhammadiyah partners. The second stage, implementation includes socialization, counseling and civilization of the national character habituation movement in schools accordingly. The third stage, evaluation and preparation of activity reports. The approachused in the implementation of activities is a participatory approach, active involvement by teachers and students. The results and impact of this service activity is that participants understand and can implement the concept of archipelago insight and the civilization of national character in schools from an early age.
