Pelatihan Desain dan Pemasaran Online Produk Kerajinan Kulit Pada UKM “Agus Jaket Kulit”

Abstract


The market potential of the leather industry in Yogyakarta is quite good because Yogyakarta is a very popular tourist destination. This leather industry product can be an alternative souvenir for tourists. “Agus Jaket Kulit” is a small-scale business in the field of leather products and has not yet reached the online market. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on “Agus Jaket Kulit”, resulting in a decrease in orders and sales. Today's technological developments are widely used to increase business by doing online marketing but “Agus Jakey Kulit” do not have sufficient resources to do online marketing. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training to "Agus Jaket Kulit" in order to develop a business through online marketing. The methods in this activity are training and mentoring. This activity was held from 22 September to 5 October 2020. The impact of this activity is an increase in partners' understanding of how to do online marketing. Another impact of this activity is that there is an increase in orders or sales after partners have made online marketing either through social media or through the marketplace.
