Dinamika psikologis entrepreneurial orientation terhadap employability siswa

Abstract


Individu yang memiliki employability tidak hanya mampu mengembangkan posisi di pasar tenaga kerja, tetapi dia juga bersedia untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan yang akan membuatnya mengembangkan keterampilan yang dimilikinya. Individu yang memiliki entrepreneurial orientation tidak terlepas dengan beberapa keterampilan dan kompetensi diri, dimana keterampilan dan personal kompetensi tersebut menjadi irisan bagian dari factor yang memperngaruhi employability. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dinamika psikologis entrepreneurial orientation terhadap employability siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Inovasi, pengambilan risiko, dan proaktif merupakan dimensi yang secara konsisten berkontribusi pada entrepreneurial orientation. Individu yang memiliki entrepreneurial orientation akan memgupayakan untuk memiliki kompetensi diri yang akan meningkatkan employability
