International Undergraduate Conference on English Education (IUCEE) is an academic forum for undergraduate students, especially those majoring in English education. The aim is to provide forum for students and lecturers to share ideas in all topics related to English Language Teaching and beyond.

In response to the proliferation of digital technology and the different ways it has affected learning and communication across different contexts, the 2023 International Undergraduate Conference on English Education (IUCEE) will be conducted under the general theme of  “Learning beyond classroom in the digital era’

We urgently call for full paper submission which attempts to address the following themes and key questions around learning beyond classroom:

  • Out of class digital literacy practice,
  • Community based learning, 
  • Informal learning,
  • Self-directed learning,
  • Technology enhanced learning,
  • Distance learning,
  • Language socialization,
  • Social and emotional presence in learning
  • Digital authorship and multimodality,
  • Critical literacy studies,
  • Curriculum development and policy,
  • Creative pedagogy,
  • Blended learning,
  • Material development and design. 

 

However, any paper submission falling outside of the above themes and key questions would also be considered.
