Blended learning adoption in Pakistani University: Challenges and recommendations

Abstract


The research explored the obstacles BSCS students in Pakistani universities encounter. 219 students from three state-run universities in Pakistan participated in a descriptive analysis. Using a five-point Likert scale, students' attitudes and experiences with blended learning were gauged. Although many students expressed positive feelings towards blended learning, they also faced issues like time constraints, limited skills and backing, insufficient training, and restricted access to LMS. The research suggests creating university policies that promote effective blended learning and training initiatives for educators to incorporate technology in their instruction.
