Development of video-based learning media using Canva applications on sound waves
Abstract
This research discusses the development of video-based physics learning media with the canva application on sound wave material for class XI SMA. Canva application is an application that is used to create interesting, easy and fast learning videos. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile, feasibility, students' responses to video-based physics learning media with canva application on sound waves material, as well as students' understanding of sound waves material with canva application. The research method used is the research and development method (R & D) and the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate). While data collection is done with anget instruments and student learning outcomes tests. Based on the analysis conducted, it is obtained that the video-based physics learning media with the canva application on sound wave material has met the development requirements with a very feasible percentage based on 82% material experts and 90% media experts in very feasible qualifications, Student responses with a percentage of 92.20% with very feasible qualifications, and an increase in understanding of physics concepts on sound wave material after students use video-based learning media with the canva application is high, seen from the class average gain value of 0.73 or in high qualifications.
