Kepemimpinan Sekolah Pasca Pandemi COVID-19: Sebuah Tinjauan Bibliometrik
Abstract
Pasca pandemic covid-19, terjadi pergeseran paradigma kepemimpinan di sekolah karena munculnya tren baru dalam proses pembelajaran yang berfokus pada proses pembelajaran jarak jauh dan penggunaan teknologi informasi sebagai media belajar. Kepala sekolah dituntut untuk mampu beradaptasi dengan pesatnya perkembangan dinamika dunia pendidikan. Perlu ada pondasi ilmiah yang kokoh bagi seorang kepala sekolah yang ingin menumbuhkan kemampuan beradaptasi menghadapi dinamika perubahan pendidikan yang begitu pesat. Artikel ini mencoba memetakan trend riset yang berkaitan dengan kepemimpinan sekolah. Hasilnya diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi praktisi maupun akademisi untuk mengetahui perkembangan kajian-kajian tentang kepemimpinan sekolah. Trend riset yang dipetakan berkaitan dengan kepemimpinan sekolah selama dan pasca pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada artikel ini adalah metode analisis bibliometric. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui lima tahapan yaitu penentuan kata kunci, penelusuran artikel, seleksi artikel, validasi data, dan analisis data. Kajian tentang kepemimpinan sekolah dalam kurun 2020 hingga 2023 menunjukkan tren penurunan. Aspek penting yang berkaitan dengan studi lanjutan adalah topik atau isu-isu yang sedang populer dikaitkan dengan kepemimpinan sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada artikel ini, peneliti selanjutnya disarankan memperhatikan tema-tema yang ada pada kluster satu di sub bab klasifikasi tema. Kemudian untuk mengetahui densitas dan sentralitas sebuah tema, peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperhatikan tema-tema yang ada di Top right Quadrant pada pembahasan densitas dan sentralitas tema-tema kepemimpinan sekolah.
